## Rental policy

Daily rentals use Vietnam calendar dates; the return date is excluded. The owner confirms pickup times in the booking conversation. Check your licence eligibility with the owner and relevant authorities, wear a helmet, and follow local access restrictions. No insurance or guaranteed income is offered by this platform.

## Cancel before the pickup date for a full online refund. From pickup day, open a dispute for administrator review. All dates use Vietnam time.

Refunds are queued for administrator processing. They are not instant.

## Refundable deposit at pickup

Paid directly to the owner at pickup. Not charged online or held by this platform. Agree return and damage terms before paying.

## Reviews and external services

Rental reviews require a completed booking and must reflect your own experience. Reviews may be moderated for abuse or disclosure of private information. Google business reviews are a separate source; Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service apply when using that content and its links.
