## Privacy

Public listings show owner names, biographies and approximate locations. Exact pickup addresses are restricted to the owner, administrators and the renter of a confirmed, paid booking. Optional identity images in your dashboard are accessible only to you and administrators; uploading does not verify your identity. You can delete an image from active storage in the dashboard. Existing backups follow the operator’s retention policy and are not erased by this action. Only upload documents needed for rental support. Messages are visible to booking participants and administrators. Contact the marketplace operator through a booking dispute for data requests. Optional profile photos are public on profiles, listings and rental reviews. Removing a photo removes it from active storage; existing backups follow the operator’s retention policy.

## Reviews and external services

Reviews and your display name are public. Do not include addresses, phone numbers or private booking details. If you choose to load Google business reviews, our server requests them from Google and your browser may load author images from Google. Google review content is not stored in our database. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its services.
